Day 1. Ok So Hello to all you fellow bloggers. I got inspired to report and document my progress for whoever cares to read this in hopes of maybe being an inspiration. I am taking on the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Program. For those of you who are unaware of this, go on youtube.com and check out people's result videos...they are great to watch. They got me really geeked up about starting this. So here is the break down. Day 1, chest,back and abs. 1hr workout. and I heard its gonna be intense. but im up for the challenge. and in 90 days my body will be drasticly changed from the point it is in now. So here I am. my before pic. and ill post pics of myself after each week completed so you all can keep track of my progress and see for yourself the differance as I go along. I currently weigh 248, at 5ft9' tall. Most say I dont look like thats how much I weigh, but all is soon to be well because in 90 days im hoping to take that down to a woping 180. Thats about a 70lb weight loss in the total time of 3 months...whose with me now !!!! lol. so here I am now. Day 1 BRING IT ON !!!!!!!!! ill report back after i complete my first workout.
